Luxury 1BHK Apartment Project – HSR Layout, Bangalore
Located in the prime neighborhood of HSR Layout, Bangalore, this ambitious residential project stands on a 65 ft x 40 ft plot and rises 6 floors high, offering modern luxury living through thoughtfully designed 1BHK apartments. With 5 premium flats on each floor, the building consists of a total of 25 well-planned units, crafted to meet the needs of contemporary urban lifestyles.
Challenge:
1. Loose Soil Conditions:
One of the major engineering challenges we encountered was the presence of loose soil at the site. To ensure a safe and durable foundation, we excavated 15 feet deep for footing and implemented advanced reinforcement techniques to establish a solid base. This critical step was handled with utmost precision to guarantee structural stability for the entire building.
2. Space Optimization in a Compact Plot:
Designing 5 units per floor within the limited area required smart architectural planning. Our team developed an innovative floor layout that maximized usable space while ensuring privacy and ample natural light for each apartment.
3. Urban Construction Logistics:
Being in a busy urban locality, managing materials, labor, and machinery access posed logistical hurdles. Through careful scheduling, temporary traffic management, and on-site planning, we executed the construction smoothly with minimal disruption to the neighborhood.
Our Solution:
Our approach began with extensive consultation with local historians, residents, and environmental experts. We employed a design that paid homage to the area's industrial past, using reclaimed materials and incorporating existing structures into the new design wherever possible.
